Under Mathias Kr\u00fcger\u2019s leadership, the holding company comprises nine entities with over 200 employees in Germany, Czech Republic, and the USA<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mathias Kr\u00fcger, previously a consultant in a system house, met Tobias Joswig in 2008 during a rollout project in Hamburg. Joswig also became a managing director in 2016.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since then, the esc has been continuously evolving<\/strong> \u2013 with a focus on an employee-oriented culture<\/strong>,\u00a0fostered through annual events, decentralized organization, and challenging new projects. Each new employee further shapes evolving systems consulting GmbH, and each change prepares the next stage of evolution<\/strong>. In this way, each of our employees contributes to writing the story<\/strong> of esc.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
