Application process

1. Application

Apply for an open vacancy or send us an unsolicited application stating your salary expectations and possible starting date.

2. Getting to know each other for the first time

Once we have successfully reviewed your documents, we will invite you to an initial dialogue. This usually takes place remotely with interview partners from the People & Culture and Operations Management departments or the specialist area.

3. Exchange with the Management Board

As the corporate culture is very important to our managing directors and we have flat hierarchies, our managing directors would like to get to know you in a second interview.

4. Get to know each other personally

If the second interview has not yet taken place in person, we will invite you to our office in Hamburg to get to know us.

5. Employment contract

You will receive your employment contract from us and we will start the onboarding process.
